The Chart block allows you to create bar and donut charts based on the configuration details that you provide. To start working with charts:
  1. Select the Grid layout.
  2. Add the Chart block.
  3. Select the Metadata Template that you want to use.
  4. Under Setup, select the Attribute to Visualize option.
Your chart renders. You can also create a chart in the list view, but it shows as a table. To display it as a donut or bar chart, change the view to grid.

Configuring a donut chart

Each segment of a donut chart is interactive. Hovering over it displays a hover card legend for that segment. Clicking it opens the View for that segment. For a donut chart, you can:
  • Add filters and columns by clicking the Configure View button.
  • Select how many categories you want to display on your chart (max 8).
  • Choose if you want to display the remaining categories as Others.
Note 
Each legend item is interactive. Clicking it opens the View of that value.

Configuring a bar chart

For a bar chart, you can configure the same options as for a donut chart, and select the chart orientation: Horizontal or Vertical.
