Classifying Your Content

Content classification is the foundation of a content governance strategy. Unclassified content is uncontrolled content. The first step in classifying your content in Box is to create Classification Labels. Defining Access Policies

Shield Access Polices allow you to define who can access your content based on how that content is classified. But Access Policies have many options to configure.
