Understanding Archive Reporting
The User Activity Report (UAR) logs archival actions as standard “move” events, showing content moved from one folder to another; for example, from folder A to folder B. The UAR does not explicitly label the action as an Archive or the destination folder as an Archive.
As a result, to determine whether a file or folder has been Archived, Admins must recognize the name of their Archives to verify that the destination folder is an Archive.
