- For high-level information, go to Admin Console > Account and Billing. In the Usage section, you will see:
- The total amount of storage your organization uses currently, and, if your organization has a limit on the total amount of storage it is allowed to use, that amount also. (This allows you to see if you are approaching your limit; you can reach out to your support representative if you require a higher limit.)
- The amount of upload bandwidth, download bandwidth, and total bandwidth consumed by your organization during the current calendar month.
- For details about the storage your organization uses, go to Admin Console > Insights and view the Storage tile.
- For details about the bandwidth your organization consumes, go to Admin Console > Reports and run a Bandwidth Usage by User or a Bandwidth Usage by Files and Folders report.
Viewing Organization Storage and Bandwidth Usage
Tools in the Admin Console can help you understand how much storage your organization uses and how much bandwidth your organization consumes, which helps you comply with the Box Fair Use Policy.
