The Storage report provides you with visibility into storage consumption for all users, including both Managed User Service Accounts and Platform Service Accounts.  This report is only available only to customers who have purchased Box Institutional Storage.

Storage report data columns

User ID 
The identification number associated with the user. User Name The name of the user, from the Name field in User Account Details. User Email 
The email address of the user, from the Email field in User Account Details. Status 
Indicates whether the user is Active or Inactive. Account Type 
Indicates whether the account type is a Managed User Service Account, a Platform Service Account, or All.  Storage Owned (MB)
Displays, in MB, active, non-archived storage that is owned by an account. Includes all sizes of files and file versions. File & Folder Count 
The number of files and folders for which the user is the owner, excluding trash.

Storage report filters

Account Type

Differentiates storage owned by Managed User Service Accounts from storage owned by Platform Service Accounts.

Users or Groups

Optional. Enter one or more names of managed users or of user groups to limit the Storage report to details of those users.
