- Filename format:
outbound_collaborations_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS_Page_#.csv - Folder name format (each report run is placed in its own folder):
Outbound Collaborations run on YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS - Filename and folder name time zone: the local date and time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule.
Outbound Collaboration report data columns
The Outbound Collaboration Report contains the following data:| Data Column | Description |

| Account Name | User name of the managed user. |
| Account Login | Email address of the managed user. |
| Owner Login | The value in the Name field in User Account Details of the external user who invited the managed user. |
| Item Name | Either “External Folder” or “External File”. This report does not reveal the names of files and folders owned outside of Box. |
| Item ID | A number uniquely identifying the file or folder to which the managed user is a collaborator. |
| Permission Level | The permission level of the managed user. |
| Inviter Email | The value in the Email field in User Account Details of the user who created the collaboration. |
| Invited Date | The date, in the local time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule, that the collaboration invitation was created. |
| Invite Accepted Date | The date, in the local time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule, that the collaboration invitation was accepted. |
